Sì.
Se è un'immagine piccola (per regolamento nella firma max 700px di larghezza per 120px di altezza) nessun problema. Se è grande, allora è meglio metterla SOLO nella firma estesa, cioè visibile solo nel profilo altrimenti in ogni post pesa sulla leggibilità.
Basta uploadare la foto nella sezione spammo libero
