3. Il ricorso è ricevibile solo nei confronti di un altro giocatore accreditato. I giocatori (abbonati e trial) che NON sono accreditati non rientrano nella giurisdizione arbitrale ma in quella di Trezert, segnalandoli attraverso il portale di RD3. E' pertanto vietato presentare un ricorso nei confronti di un giocatore non accreditato.
